Full obituary from the Plattsburgh Press-Republican, February 18, 1991:

SCHUYLER FALLS - Ardel Fanny Cobb, 72, of Peasleeville Road, Schuyler Falls, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 1991, at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

She was born in Jay July 17, 1918, the daughter of Harry and Ethel (Joy) Reynolds.

She had worked as housekeeper at CVPH Medical Center for 17 years, retiring in 1983.

Her husband, William George Cobb, whom she married Feb. 2, 1944, died Jan. 7, 1963.

Survivors include a son, Robert Reynolds of Ellijay, Ga.; four daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Meyer of St. Regis Falls, Mrs. Linda Toner of Plattsburgh, Mrs. Frances Taylor of Plattsburgh Air Force Base and Ms. Mary Cobb of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, Stanley and Bernard Reynolds, both of Au Sable Forks; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Hathaway of Jay; an aunt, Daphne Ebeling of Swastika; and uncle General Joy of Au Sable Forks; 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Zaumetzer-Sprague Funeral Home in Au Sable Forks. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in North Jay Cemetery in Au Sable Forks.

If you don't mind transferring this memorial to me, I would like to manage it. I manage her husband William G. Cobb's memorial.
