WEAVER - Graveside services for William R. "Billy" Cobb, 81, of Weaver, will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Anniston Memorial Gardens with Revs. Daniel Harper and Tommy Moore officiating. The family will receive friends at Gray Brown-Service Funeral Home 6- 8 tonight.


Mr. Cobb died Sunday at Jacksonville Hospital.


Survivors include his wife, Frances C. Cobb of Weaver; two daughters, Susie Cobb of Weaver and Sandra K. Williams of Ohio; a son, Wesley "Randy" Cobb of Saks; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.


Pallbearers will be Lester Bolen, Bob Hase, John Strange, Larry Beck, Jack Reid, and Gary Williams.


Mr. Cobb was a World War II Marine Corps veteran and worked as a millwright for Monsanto for 37 years.
